返品について

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference after an order has been confirmed.
If you receive:
・the wrong item,
・a defective product,
・or an item damaged during shipping,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・More than 7 days have passed since delivery
・The item has been used

・Original packaging, tags, manuals, or accessories are missing or damaged
